Kite Day in Austin this year was glorious!  I love living in a city that celebrates Spring in such a Mary Poppins sort of way.

Today was Chris’ twenty-fifth birthday!  It was lovely to spend the day with him–for the past two years I’ve been away at school!  Anway, here’s Chris…um…blowing out his birthday candles…and yummy carrot cake!
